The Specialist Business Analyst has a dual role business analyst supporting the Audit Response service and working as a business analyst supporting the Cybersecurity Workflow Enablement platform, based in ServiceNow.

Key Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis and/or business process engineering
Minimum High school degree required
At least 3 years of experience supporting cybersecurity business processes within the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry
