Key Requirements
Degree level qualification in Civil Engineering
Experience in water utilities sector including WWTPs and networks
Experience delivering large brownfield projects in water or utilities
Knowledge of safety, project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management
Experience with quality control, construction completion and commissioning
