Job Summary

  • As a Federal Government Contract Manager, you will be accountable for preparing federal contract offers based on complex data analysis and compliance with federal regulations while working with a large cross-functional team.
  • This role includes developing contract proposals, managing contract lifecycle, analyzing contract performance, and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to maximize product utilization and profitability.
  • The position offers a hybrid work model with onsite presence required 2 to 3 days per week at locations including New York City, Collegeville, PA, Lake Forest, IL, and Tampa, FL, along with comprehensive benefits and participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan.

Salary

Base: $99,200 to $165,400 (US locations), $89,400 to $149,000 (Tampa, FL); Bonus/Equity: 12.5% target bonus and share-based long term incentives; Benefits: 401(k) with matching, paid leave, health coverage

Key Requirements
