Support large-scale technology transformation programs for leading financial institutions, focusing on enterprise architecture, solution design, and platform selection.
Develop and review target architecture, analyze As-Is and define To-Be architecture, including roadmaps and transformation plans, and participate in architecture governance.
Lead platform selection, drive conceptual design for digital channels, CRM platforms, and Data Management Solutions, and lead architecture review and design for Core Banking Systems.
