The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure the correct resident information is used when assisting with activities of daily living and report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting residents within the facility.
