Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must ensure the correct resident information is used when assisting with activities of daily living and report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
  • The role requires maintaining a calm environment while performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting residents within the facility.
