Job Summary
Provide oversight, technical & administrative direction, and professional development for craft and supervisor personnel.
Manage a multi-million dollar budget to include allocation of funding for all Construction and Maintenance Services contracts including resources and critical on-boarding.
Ensure maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with applicable procedures, instructions, policies and regulations.
