Key Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering or Business Administration with technical experience
  • Proven experience leading teams and PMO structures
  • Project management certifications (PMI, PMO, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
  • Experience with classic, agile, and hybrid methods
  • Deep understanding of portfolio management, resource planning, and financial controlling
  • Proficiency in PM software and data analysis
  • Fluent in German and English
