Job Summary

• Prescribes, delegates, and coordinates nursing care of patients; participates in patient and family teaching; and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient-team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Assessment and identification of all patient needs and utilizes EMR for passing of medications, and all care provided to patient.
