Job Summary

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

• High school diploma or GED
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT)
• Application for phlebotomy license filed
• 6 months phlebotomist experience Geriatrics/Pediatrics
• Pass color blindness test
• At least 21 years of age
• Clean driving record
