Job Summary
The Sales Intelligence Analyst is responsible for understanding the key drivers of customer satisfaction and the impact of processes and people interactions.
This role establishes and maintains a service quality network across channels and segment managers to support training, information sharing, feedback collection, and performance reporting.
The analyst supports management by providing insights to identify, assess, and resolve complex process issues while driving process optimization.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Customer service B2B experience
Process analysis and design
Excel, SAP, Tableau and/or Power BI
Cross-process issue resolution
Data collection and reporting accuracy
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SAP Total Quality Management
Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Continuous improvement and quality methodologies
Clear communication in English and Spanish
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Key Requirements
At least 2 years experience in customer service B2B or process analysis
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economy or related fields
