Job Summary

  • The Sales Intelligence Analyst is responsible for understanding the key drivers of customer satisfaction and the impact of processes and people interactions.
  • This role establishes and maintains a service quality network across channels and segment managers to support training, information sharing, feedback collection, and performance reporting.
  • The analyst supports management by providing insights to identify, assess, and resolve complex process issues while driving process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in customer service B2B or process analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economy or related fields
  • Experience in marketing, BI and/or sales areas
