Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications for resident use.
Assist in developing and implementing procedures to prevent medication errors and maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with the nursing department.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs and other facility committees to improve the medication process and maintain resident confidentiality.
