Job Summary

  • Manages the Maintenance Department resources to ensure Equipment Reliability, Compliance with Safety & Quality Haleon standards.
  • Responsible for coaching & executing the Preventive Maintenance strategy for the site. This will be based on Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), Preventative Maintenance (PM) and other industry standards.

Key Requirements

  • BS in Engineering
  • 10 years of Maintenance experience
  • 7 years minimum of Supervisor or Managerial roles
  • 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or OTC industry
  • Good written and communication skill
  • CMMS knowledge (e.g. SAP)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Root cause analysis knowledge
