Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and monitoring vital signs like temperature, pulse, and respiration.
