Job Summary

  • The Director of Business Development is responsible for establishing and coordinating all business development and marketing functions for the purpose of assuring facility growth, product/service development, member awareness, communication between facilities and referral sources, quality control, profitability, and operating-cost reduction.
  • Develops and implements business development programs in support of facility-wide strategic plans to position the facility with a distinct competitive advantage that would increase revenues and profits for facility.
