Job Summary

• The Head of User Services provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure the delivery of outstanding, user-focused services that connect the Claremont Colleges community with the Library’s collections, spaces, and expertise.
• This position oversees circulation and equipment checkout, access to course readings, missing/replacements review, holds/recalls, billing, patron accounts maintenance, and stacks maintenance and materials handling.
• This position is eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 10% retirement contributions after one year, group life insurance, generous time off, and professional development funds.
