Key Requirements
Doctorate LIC-Physician (MD) or DO required
State of Michigan Medical License required upon hire
CRT-DEA Registration required in State of Michigan
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 120 days
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) if required by specialty
Work Rights
Must have valid US work authorization for Michigan licensure
