  • Operative Steuerung der Trainingsorganisation inkl. Planung, Koordination und Administration von Präsenz-, Online- und Blended-Learning-Formaten.
  • Konzeption und Durchführung interner Trainings, Einführungen und Workshops sowie Co-Facilitation bei Programmen und Führungstrainings.
  • Mitarbeit in L&D-, HR- und Change-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts neuer Lernangebote.
