Job Summary

  • Provide knowledge, expertise and guidance to the approval, validation and control of special processes and materials manufacturing processes of metallic and non-metallic aeroengine components in the external supply chains.
  • Validate, control and approve technical documents including Manufacturing Specifications, Conditions of Supply, Method of Manufacture, First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) and Process Data Cards.
  • Participate, plan and/or conduct annual risk assessments relating to External Supply Chain capabilities and technical performance.

  • Familiar with AS/EN/JISQ 9100 / 9120 requirements
