Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst performs a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ranging from data integrity, system configuration to reporting, and data analytics.
In this role, you will work with a team to manage all of Rocket’s Human Resource Systems, including but not limited to Workday.
The HRIS Analyst has a keen attention to detail, loves solving problems, and leveraging best practices for systems and data while working to support legal and compliance requirements globally.

Key Requirements
At least five years’ experience working with HR systems
Experience supporting HRIS upgrade or system migration
Knowledge of HR administration principles
Knowledge of database maintenance concepts
Advanced experience with Excel and reporting tools
Knowledge of human resource information systems (Workday preferred)
