Salary
Base: $137,400.00 - $206,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and potential long term incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Must-have
Air Breathing Propulsion engineering
U.S. Government security clearance
Engine performance and cycle analysis
Subsonic and supersonic inlet design
Project planning and program execution
Interface with external engine suppliers
Nice-to-have
Technical leadership and team guidance
Experience with Agile design teams and tools
Knowledge of Systems Engineering and MBSE
Experience with PLM software (Teamcenter)
Ability to serve as organization spokesperson
Experience in hypersonic design and analysis
Key Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in STEM by August 2026
5 years of related engineering experience for Principal Engineer
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Experience with Air Breathing Propulsion on aircraft or missile systems
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Work Rights
Must have US citizenship and be able to obtain government security clearance
