Job Summary

  • Ensure all leads generated via WhatsApp are attended quickly, efficiently, and excellently by the dealership network and Customer Care, maximizing Contact Rate, service quality, NPS, and sales conversion.
  • Manage the entire lead journey (WhatsApp → CRM → sale), guaranteeing SLAs, service quality, and conversion, while also administering the WhatsApp platform and its integrations.
  • Develop and analyze dashboards and reports integrating WhatsApp, CRM, sales, and NPS, identifying opportunities for funnel improvement and presenting results to leadership.
