The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as coordinating with nursing services in resident living areas.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident protected health information and report any suspected violations promptly.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
