Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years as a Maintenance I&E Technician
Associate Degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent apprenticeship preferred
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with I&E hand tools, meters, and instrument calibration equipment
Working knowledge of electrical systems, PLC’s, BMS’s, motors, P&IDs, and wiring schematics
Trained and familiar with NFPA 70
Ability to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation
