Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems
5-10 years experience in power system analysis
Expertise in synchronous machines and excitation systems
Proficiency in PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC, or DIgSILENT PowerFactory
Python scripting for simulation and data processing
Experience with transient stability and EMT simulations
Nice-to-have
PhD considered an asset
Fluency in German language
Strong background in grid compliance requirements
Experience in techno-commercial negotiations
Ability to facilitate co-creation workshops
Key Requirements
