Apex Group is seeking a Client Onboarding Assistant Manager/Senior Client Onboarding Officer for their Shanghai office. The role focuses on onboarding new business clients in the APAC region, particularly in fund services and corporate services, requiring strong client interaction and project management skills
Job Summary
Responsible for the onboarding and integration of new business clients in the APAC region, with key focus on fund services, corporate services and compliance solutions services in Japan and South Korea.
Coordinate internal functions to onboard new clients including Service Delivery Teams, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure all new launches and conversions are successfully project managed.
Work with the Regional Head of Onboarding to develop the best practices and operating models for integration to enhance the client onboarding experience; ensure all local and Group onboarding KYC policies/procedures are strictly adhered to.
