  • At least 3 years professional experience in banking, insurance, IT, or consulting
  • Proven PMO or requirements engineering responsibility
  • Professional expertise in banking processes, insurance, PMO, sales or service functions
  • Experience creating BPMN models
  • Knowledge of ITSM process design and implementation
  • Certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, IREB, Microsoft 365/Azure Fundamentals, AWS Practitioner, Salesforce Admin
  • German and English at C1 level
