Key Requirements
Minimum 1-year experience in Korea’s real estate industry
Exposure to development and asset enhancement projects
Familiarity with asset management of income-producing and development assets
Basic financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel, Argus, Estate Master)
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills in Korean and English
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
