The position involves interfacing with administrative professionals to ensure survey excellence and monitor facility therapy staffing ratios against state board requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
RAC-CT Credential required within one year of hire
CPR certification required
Prior regional experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
