Job Summary
Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, and Low Voltage system trades based on design documents and specifications.
Develop working relationships with local material suppliers and equipment vendors to solicit accurate and current pricing for all MEP items.
Coordinate equipment pricing, perform constructability analysis, and act as a liaison between engineers, design consultants, and the owner's representatives.
