Job Summary
Assist Server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment, and stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff, and maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
