Job Summary
The Transfer Access and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for creating awareness and interest in the USG’s surrounding community with a goal of inspiring learners to engage in degree and certificate attainment in high quality academic programs offered at USG.
This will include regular visits and engagement with local educational partners within the Montgomery County Public School System, as well as with regional community colleges.
General responsibilities will include career exploration, and transfer coaching for prospective students, tabling and presentations at feeder institutions and community agencies/events, collaboration with industry hubs for coordination of high-quality events which showcase USG’s many benefits, and the development of partnerships with the regional educators, community-based organizations, and employers.
