Job Summary

  • The Transfer Access and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for creating awareness and interest in the USG’s surrounding community with a goal of inspiring learners to engage in degree and certificate attainment in high quality academic programs offered at USG.
  • This will include regular visits and engagement with local educational partners within the Montgomery County Public School System, as well as with regional community colleges.
  • General responsibilities will include career exploration, and transfer coaching for prospective students, tabling and presentations at feeder institutions and community agencies/events, collaboration with industry hubs for coordination of high-quality events which showcase USG’s many benefits, and the development of partnerships with the regional educators, community-based organizations, and employers.
