Job Summary

• The core focus of the group is to prepare, evaluate, analyze, and summarize portfolio investment valuation results for BXLS.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of the team including deliverable tracking, model development, valuation model reviews, and presentation to senior leaders.

Salary

Base: $130,000 - $200,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonuses, equity and other incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar
• 6+ years of experience in valuations or related fields
• Thorough understanding of ASC 820
• Familiarity with valuation approaches
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Experience managing a team of at least 3 individuals a plus
