Must-have
20+ years Rail + Transit engineering experience
Pacific Northwest agency client relationships
P&L management and revenue forecasting
Project execution from concept to completion
PE License preferred
Nice-to-have
Experience with station and guideway design
National practice collaboration experience
Commitment to inclusive culture
Sustainable infrastructure design passion
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
20+ years experience in Rail + Transit
PE License preferred
Existing relationships with Sound Transit, TriMet, WSDOT
