This role requires working with an Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team to develop comprehensive assessments and care plans for assigned residents in accordance with federal and state regulations.
The position involves identifying, managing, and treating various skin disorders and lesions while ensuring residents receive appropriate prevention and treatment interventions for pressure injuries.
