• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of patient laboratory test results by performing procedures efficiently and following Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and troubleshoot test or reporting system problems, escalating as needed, and performs appropriate patient procedures in accordance with age-specific guidelines.
