Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient safety, confidentiality, and infection control.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and reporting any changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting and transferring residents

Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures

Key Requirements
