Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Three (3) years combined quality engineering, manufacturing, and/or lab experience
  • Master's degree or higher in science or engineering discipline
  • Five (5) years of experience in quality or engineering role supporting coating, crushing, and/or screening processes
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with Statistics and Data Analytics
  • Internal and/or external auditing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Experience working with Customers and Suppliers
  • Experience with championing and/or deploying Quality Management Systems
