Salary
Base: $229,380 - $277,956; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and wellbeing support
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years clinical trial experience
Lead global medical evidence generation teams
Manage MAST, ISR, and CRC studies
Develop Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP)
Oversee protocol development and scientific rigor
Nice-to-have
Strong business acumen and fiscal stewardship
Experience in complex matrix environments
Ability to build external investigator relationships
Demonstrated track record of high-performance coaching
Key Requirements
MD preferred or US equivalent
10+ years experience in clinical science or research
5+ years strategic leadership in pharmaceutical industry
Proven ability to lead teams in matrix environment
