Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-5 years electronics manufacturing experience
Wave Solder or Selective Solder process knowledge
Screen printer parameter setup and verification
Reflow oven profiling and golden profile maintenance
SMT pick-and-place programming and validation
AOI result interpretation and program tuning
Structured problem solving using 5-Why and Fishbone
Nice-to-have
SPI systems exposure and AOI optimization
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards
Basic soldering and rework skills for evaluation
Experience with DOE, SPC, or Lean/6σ tools
Understanding of RoHS/REACH and flux chemistries
Stencil design basics including aperture and area ratio
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Technical certificate or associate degree preferred
2-5 years hands-on experience in SMT/PCBA
Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and BOMs
