Base: $35,600.00 - $60,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on performance; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, flexible PTO and sick time

Must-have
Bilingual English/Spanish communication
Clinical procedures including vital signs and venipuncture
Support clinical trial protocols and timelines
Manage study supplies and equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Nice-to-have
Experience with ClinSpark software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with proactive organization

Key Requirements
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification
One year prior Research Assistant experience
Fluent written and spoken English and spoken Spanish
Regulatory or clinical research experience preferred
