• Serve as a key support resource for the Outside Sales and Turnaround team by providing accurate quotations, order processing, and personalized customer service.
• Be on-call 24/7 during active turnaround projects to respond immediately to urgent customer orders, delivery needs, and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years sales or customer support experience
• Prior experience with turnarounds, shutdowns, or industrial services
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with industrial environments
• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
