Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles, ensuring safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport for residents and project a positive image in the community.
Must be able to make complex decisions involving a highly dependent patient base and demonstrate safe clinical based transfer techniques.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 25 years old
Valid DL
No Traffic Crimes in last 7 years
Not more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
Not more than one accident in 3 years
Pass drug screen and background check
Proficient in Microsoft Suite products
Successfully completed CNA training and maintain CE
