MillerKnoll is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for its West Michigan operations to lead a team of recruiters in driving recruitment excellence across five manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in manufacturing environments, and will be responsible for implementing innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes

Job Summary

  • This role leads a team four recruiters and one coordinator, ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent through innovative sourcing strategies, operational excellence, and a strong focus on recruiter development.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across all five manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and production needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including OFCCP and affirmative action requirements.
