Job Summary
The Pharmacy Technician 2 assists to prepare, dispense and deliver all medications to patient care units, physician offices and clinics.
Is fully competent and fluent in a 797 compliant IV room and assists in the preparation of IV solutions.
If trained, interview patients in the Emergency Department or Inpatient areas for the purpose of obtaining and recording an accurate record of current medication use.
