Job Summary

  • The Workday HRIS Support Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining system stability, data accuracy, and a positive end-user experience by managing tickets, performing troubleshooting, supporting testing and releases, and maintaining clear HRIS documentation.
  • This role partners closely with the Global Workday Administrator based in the United States and serves as the first point of contact for routine Workday inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Over time, the role may expand to include limited configuration support and backup coverage for the Global Workday Administrator, requiring consistent availability during overlapping U.S. business hours.

  • Experience with HRIS ticketing and testing processes
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. EST)
  • Workday Pro certification (completed or in progress) preferred
  • Experience in SOX, audit, or compliance-driven environment preferred
