Job Summary
You will be directly integrated into teams to perform real estate asset valuations across various property types including offices, retail, and logistics.
The role involves analyzing technical characteristics, economic data, legal parameters, and environmental criteria for assets located in France or internationally.
Candidates will receive training on evaluation techniques such as comparison, capitalization, DCF, and operational balance sheets under the supervision of a Partner.
