Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis
Experience with workplace management systems
Knowledge of ISO9001 principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-have
Working towards or holding AAT finance qualification
Experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms
Background in facilities management or workplace services
Interest in using AI for recruitment insights
Key Requirements
Recognised finance qualification (preferably AAT)
Previous administration experience in facilities management
Excellent IT competencies including MS Office suite
