Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
7-10 years experience in Quality or Supply Chain
ISO 13485 and QSR system knowledge
Ability to travel to supplier sites at short notice
Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer credential
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Experience with New Product Introductions
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Key Requirements
