You will participate in developing policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs while assisting the Director of Nursing in managing departmental operations.
This role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with job descriptions and maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.

Experience in long-term care facilities
Strong leadership and communication skills

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in this state
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
2 years or more experience preferably in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
