Job Summary

• The Regional Customer Director (RCD) is a customer-facing field supporting the US Immunology Franchise, focusing on identifying and developing current and future External Scientific Experts (ESEs).
• As part of the US Marketing team, the RCD captures insights, advances advocacy, builds partnerships and grows advocacy with Rheumatologists and other targeted specialists.
• This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Director, LCM Portfolio & Customer Engagement Immunology and is aligned to the Northeast Region.

Base: $190,693 – $233,000 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Short-term incentive bonus opportunity, equity-based long-term incentive program; Benefits: 401(k) plan, paid vacation and holidays, paid leaves, health benefits

• 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience
• Commercial and/or Medical Affairs experience
